We just wrapped up our last launch of the year and enrolled almost 60 new students into the GUIDE Culture Fall 2021 Cohort.
This launch was much different than what we've experienced in the past for a few reasons and in this episode, Macy and Kat walk you through the entire thing. They share what we did differently and from that they share what went well and what didn't. They also give insight to the big lessons learned so we know what to start, stop and keep for the future.
One of the main takeaways from this episode (and from the launch in general) is that, like many things in life, it's a time game. Often times people require a little bit of time to get to know you before they feel comfortable buying from you.
This concept goes back to a major principle that we teach in GUIDE Culture, called GRIT. Now, I'm sure you've heard about grit before, but for us it's an acronym that means:
G - Growth Mindset
R - Reason
I - Intensity
T - Time
Macy and Kat walk you through the acronym in this episode to give insight on how this concept applied to this specific launch and holds true for many things in life and business.
